We’re seeking a confident and capable professional to take ownership of a high-value ledger and play a key role in our credit control operations.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

In this role, you’ll manage your own ledger, primarily focused on customers across the South Island region. You’ll be responsible for the full credit control process, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely collections, accurate reconciliations, and effective account management.

  • Full ownership of your customer ledger
  • End-to-end credit control including collections, reconciliations, and account setup
  • Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding payments
  • Ensuring adherence to credit control procedures and contributing to process improvements

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on credit control experience
  • Strong understanding of credit control processes and procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, but not essential
