Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
This is a 6–8-week multifaceted temporary administrative role supporting their Christchurch team. The successful candidate will be the central point of coordination, providing administrative, organisational, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Administrative Support: Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders and assist directors with personal assistant tasks.
- Meetings & Events: Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate team events and training sessions.
- Travel & Expenses: Manage travel bookings and expense tracking.
- Financial Administration: Process monthly invoicing and reporting using internal systems.
- Bid & Proposal Support: Assist with bid tracking, proposal formatting, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Project & Office Management: Maintain project documentation, manage digital files, and ensure the office is professionally presented.
- Health & Safety: Serve as the Health & Safety representative for the office.

- 2–3 years of administrative experience is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach.
