To provide operational support across sites in Auckland & Northland.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance.
Customer engagement and problem-solving.
Manage complaints and work with staff and/or franchisees to ensure all complaints are resolved in the stated timeframe.
Ensure all staff and franchisees adhere to the clients' Health and Safety policies.
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
Scheduled to work Tuesday through Saturday, with shifts running from 1:00pm. to 9:30pm.
3–5 years' experience at supervisory level in delivering commercial/ domestic cleaning contracts across multiple sites.
Trade or service line-based qualifications are preferred (Careerforce L2 or L3 for Cleaning).
Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
Flexibility to travel across Auckland & Northland with overnight stays and weekend work as required.
Available to work flexible hours and willing to adjust the schedule to meet business needs beyond standard working times.
