We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Specialist to support a major ERP transformation project for one of our clients. The organisation is currently using Microsoft Navision (NAV) for financial management and is transitioning to a modern ERP platform. This role is critical in leading and executing the data migration from Navision, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and continuity throughout the process.

• Lead and manage data migration activities from Microsoft Navision to the new ERP system.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand legacy data structures and map them to the new platform.
• Cleanse, transform, and validate data to meet migration requirements.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues during migration.
• Provide documentation and support for post-migration reconciliation and reporting.

• Deep familiarity with Microsoft Navision (NAV) data structures.

• Proven experience in data migration projects, ideally involving ERP systems.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Simpro, Pronto, or Accredo (nice to have)

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems. (nice to have)
