We are seeking a Trust Accounts Administrator to join a collaborative and professional accounts team in a well-established firm.

As a Trust Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the accounts function by ensuring trust account transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll be working closely with internal staff and external stakeholders to maintain the integrity of trust account operations.

  • Process trust account receipts, journals, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with NZ Law Society regulations and internal policies.

  • Reconcile trust account records and manage unclaimed items.

  • Handle telegraphic transfers, bank drafts, settlements, and daily banking.

  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience in accounts or trust accounting.

  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic banking.
