We are partnering with a global organisation that has a strong presence across New Zealand who are seeking a proactive and organised part-time Office Manager to support their dynamic Christchurch team. This is a newly created role offering flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a real impact. Initially a temp position for 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
You’ll be the go-to person for administrative and operational support, working closely with the National Director and operations coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and diary management
- Travel booking and scheduling
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Monthly reporting and data entry
- Event coordination and presentation support
- Supplier and vendor management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of at least 3 years in an office management, office administration or personal assistant position
- Strong initiative and a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and office systems
- Ability to work independently and as a helping hand to the team
- A professional, friendly approach to stakeholder engagement

- Part-time role, 20 hours per week (this may increase depending on role requirements)
- Flexibility with start and finish times
- $31 p/h – $34 p/h
