We’re seeking a highly skilled QA Performance Analyst to join a dynamic team working on payments systems. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in performance testing, particularly using JMeter, and a strong understanding of payments platforms, including BASE24, EPS, and JPOS.

• Design and implement robust performance test suites using JMeter.
• Execute, analyse, and optimise performance test solutions across complex systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, CloudBees, and Docker.

• Proven experience designing and executing performance tests with JMeter.

• Strong programming and query skills (e.g., Java, Ruby, SQL).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, CloudBees, Docker).

• Deep understanding of payments systems, including BASE24, EPS, JPOS, or equivalent.

• Experience with scheme testing for MasterCard or VISA.

• Familiarity with ISO20022/ISO8583 messaging and binary data handling.

• Background in banking, specifically card payments systems.

• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
