• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration and gaining consensus on recommendations.
• Designing and analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and leverage automation.
• Creating graphical models to support decision-making.
• Recommending implementation strategies for process improvements.
• Managing project timelines, costs, and quality targets.
• Assessing risks and establishing milestones and task assignments.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• You should have formal Senior Business Analyst experience, including prior involvement in Enterprise Service Management design, implementation, and/or Service Management delivery projects.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
