Are you passionate about driving modern engineering practices and enabling high-performing teams? We’re looking for a DevOps Lead to champion DevOps culture, guide engineers, and embed best practices across the organization.

Lead and support engineering teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Design and implement scalable processes, governance models, and performance reporting systems.

Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.

Monitor and enhance operational efficiency across technical functions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed modern engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Partner with stakeholders across development, QA, release, security, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.

Align technical strategies with broader business objectives through engagement with senior leadership.

Champion cultural and capability uplift to support evolving engineering methodologies.

Ensure adherence to security standards and conduct regular assessments to maintain compliance.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated leadership experience in technical or DevOps environments.

Solid understanding of modern engineering tools and methodologies.

Hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as containers, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud services.

Relevant certifications in cloud, DevOps, or security (preferred).

Experience with Agile frameworks and practices (preferred).

Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results.
