Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Operations Coordinator to support our regional operations and member engagement. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and the coordination of events, training, and recognition programs. You’ll play a key role in supporting members, leadership teams, and staff across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks to ensure smooth chapter operations, including supply management, reporting, and member communications
- Leadership Support: Coordinate leadership team onboarding, training, transitions, and access to tools and resources
- Member Engagement & Recognition: Facilitate milestone recognitions, certificate issuance, and charitable initiatives to celebrate member achievements and community impact
- Event & Training Coordination: Plan and execute key events such as End-of-Year meetings and support the delivery of training sessions across the region
- Systems & Communication Management: Maintain internal systems and databases, manage social media, and email communications, and collaborate with support teams to resolve queries and improve engagement

- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Experience in event planning and team coordination is a plus
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Experience with databases and project management tools
