My client is a leading government-based organisation within the electricity and utilities sector. They are currently on the lookout for an Application Architect who has worked on large enterprise-level applications.

Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As an Application Architect within their critical applications team, you will focus on leading their leading the modernisation of their current Winforms to WPF. This role has a combination of responsibilities as a Design Lead and Technical Lead. You wil also own their solution design and technical governance.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience architecting enterprise desktop apps using WPF, .NET Core and Frontend technologies
• Deep understanding of MVVM, modular UI design, and testable architectures
• Familiarity with Syncfusion or similar UI libraries
• Strong leadership across architecture, design, and delivery teams
• A passion for clean, modern, and maintainable code
