As the Financial & Systems Accountant, you will take sole responsibility for maintaining the integrity of the organisation's financial systems. This is a key role that leads to ongoing improvements to the financial systems and business processes, ensuring they are optimised and aligned with best practice. You will also provide general support to the Financial Accountants when needed.

• Lead the optimisation and maintenance of financial systems
• Manage month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting
• Provide technical accounting support and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Support internal and external audits with accurate and timely information
• Develop and deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making

• Three years' experience in a systems and financial accounting role using TechOne

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements

• Be a confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
