A leading private organization, with a sizeable IT team is seeking a Senior Change Manager, to work on a high-profile project, based in Auckland CBD. This is initially until the end of June 2026 with our client looking for someone who is immediately available.

• Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Engage and support stakeholders through the change process.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change.

• Proven experience in change management and leading change initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant qualifications in change management or a related field
