Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As a part-time Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing one of their key accounts to start and expand across other projects, tracking costs, preparing tenders, and overseeing financial reporting across a range of exciting interior projects. You’ll also bring some project coordination skills to the table — helping ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors, contributing to the smooth delivery of fitouts, refurbishments, and joinery packages.

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in commercial interiors or construction
  • Strong understanding of carpentry, joinery, and fit out processes
  • Ability to manage budgets, variations, and subcontractor relationships
  • Some project management or coordination experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and detail
