We’re seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead digital delivery for a large-scale transformation programme. This six-month contract offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Owning the digital delivery plan and breaking down outcomes into incremental releases.

• Managing risks, budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.

• Driving change adoption and ensuring delivery flow across teams and time zones.

• Monitoring throughput and identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.

• Building strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors.

• Adapting delivery approaches to suit programme dynamics and business readiness.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex technology and business outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery methods.

• Excellent facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Clear communication and active listening abilities.

• Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or operations (preferred).

• Confidence working with senior leaders, finance teams, and external partners.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and guide delivery teams.
