A qualified test resource is required to support Workday testing, ensuring accurate validation of business processes, integrations, and reports across HRIS modules. The resource will be responsible for test case creation, coordination, execution, defect tracking, and ensuring seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise applications.

Strong knowledge of Workday core HCM, Time Tracking, Recruitment, Leave/absence and Onboarding modules.
Experience in testing Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Workday Reporting, and Workday Integrations (SOAP, REST, and WQL APIs with Postman or other tools).
Ability to validate business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and custom reports.
Proficiency in testing Workday integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Datapay, SAP, ServiceNow, external payroll providers, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Workday Prism, Workday Extend, and BIRT (a plus but not mandatory).
Strong analytical skills for data validation, regression testing, and test automation is plus (e.g., Workday Extend, Playwright, or other relevant frameworks).
Experience in Workday release management and impact analysis for bi-annual Workday updates.
Ability to coordinate with functionals, business analysts, developers, and end users to validate and troubleshoot Workday implementations.
