Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As the Programme Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind agile delivery – facilitating planning events, enabling cross-team collaboration, and driving performance uplift.

You’ll work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum across the ART.
Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating ART planning, workshops, and leadership meetings

• Supporting agile teams to stay aligned and remove delivery obstacles

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Mentoring teams on agile tools and project management practices

You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in agile environments. You bring clarity, coordination, and a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge.
You’ll also bring:

• A degree in business administration, project management, or a related field

• 2+ years’ experience in agile or tech-focused coordination roles

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Proficiency in ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• A commitment to continuous improvement and positive change
  Comfort with tikanga and basic te reo Māori in your communications
