Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements, user stories, and use cases related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Process Analysis: Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Recommend and design optimised processes leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into well-defined technical specifications, including data models, system behaviour, and user interfaces.
Configuration and Customisation: Assist in configuring and customising Salesforce to meet business needs, including designing objects, fields, workflows, and process automation.
Data Management: Collaborate with data teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and mapping between Salesforce and other systems. Assist in data migration and integration activities.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT plans, working with business stakeholders to validate that Salesforce solutions meet their requirements.
Training and Documentation: Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to ensure end users have a clear understanding of Salesforce processes and functionality.
Change Management: Support change management efforts by communicating updates and changes to end users and assisting in user adoption strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce best practices, updates, and new features, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce projects.
Salesforce Business Analyst certification (SBA) or Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to project management.
