Accounts Administrator – Manufacturing Sector Part-Time | 3 to 4 -Month Contract | Immediate Start
We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing client who is seeking a capable and reliable Accounts Administrator to support their finance team during a busy operational period. This is a full-time contract role for approximately 3–4 months, with the potential for extension.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position suited to someone with strong transactional experience and excellent attention to detail. You’ll be working mostly across AP and Inter-company, refunds and credit notes.
Key Responsibilities:
Chasing outstanding debtors and maintaining accurate records
Creating and processing purchase orders
Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Assisting with account reconciliations and month-end processes
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in accounts administration, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong communication and follow-up skills
High level of accuracy and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with MYOB is a bonus, but not essential.
