Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

As a Site Manager based in Queenstown, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations across subdivision developments and other civil projects. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage site teams, ensure health and safety compliance, and work closely with project managers to deliver on time and within budget. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards and driving progress on site.

  • Proven experience in civil construction, ideally in subdivisions or infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain site productivity
  • Relevant qualifications in construction or civil engineering are advantageous
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
