We are searching for a skilled Geospatial Systems Engineer with hands-on experience administering ArcGIS systems and managing Windows Server environments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing geospatial infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the GIS platform.

• Administer and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise systems, including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Data Store.
• Manage and configure Windows Server environments supporting GIS infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with GIS analysts, developers, and IT teams to support geospatial applications and services.
• Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and effective.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

• Proven experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise systems.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across GIS and server environments.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
