As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead analysis across a range of transition and digital projects. You’ll work independently to deliver high-quality documentation, process models, and requirements, while managing vendor relationships and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. This role offers strong exposure to data migration, validation, and reporting, and requires someone confident operating in low BA maturity environments.

• Proven experience as a Senior BA, ideally within government or complex environments
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and vendor management
• Experience with data-focused projects, including migration and reporting
• Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and business systems analysis
