Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

• Lead a small, high-performing team of 2 and agency partners to deliver personalised customer journeys
• Own the roadmap and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud platforms
• Champion a test-and-learn approach to direct communications and customer experience
• Translate business needs into actionable CDP use cases and campaign strategies
• Collaborate across Analytics, IT, and Marketing to drive innovation and commercial impact
• Manage stakeholder relationships and external support partners to ensure strategic alignment

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other CDPs is highly desirable
• Proven experience in Direct Marketing, Personalisation, and Customer Journey Mapping
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the digital ecosystem
• Previous experience managing agencies and direct reports
