Cloud Enablement Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for someone as a Cloud Enablement Lead, to drive cloud adoption and strategy across the organisation.

You'll help teams transition to cloud platforms, optimise infrastructure, and ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead cloud strategy and enablement initiatives.
Partner with teams to identify and deliver cloud opportunities.
Build migration cases focused on cost, control, and value.
Promote best practices in cloud governance, security, and FinOps.
Support training and capability uplift across teams.
Align cloud architecture with engineering and DevOps for performance.
Ensure compliance with NZ security and privacy standards.

Experience:
8+ years in cloud services, including transformation experience.
Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical background with on-prem to cloud migration experience.
Financial acumen and familiarity with Agile practices.
Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
