Executive Coordinator – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Coordinator to provide high-level support to a senior leader within a large and complex public sector directorate. This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and events with precision and professionalism
  • Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support
  • Coordinate corporate service activities including budget, personnel, and IT processes
  • Support priority projects and events as required
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure alignment with relevant corporate policies, procedures, and systems
