An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Coordinator to provide high-level support to a senior leader within a large and complex public sector directorate. This is a key role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and events with precision and professionalism
Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support
Coordinate corporate service activities including budget, personnel, and IT processes
Support priority projects and events as required
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Ensure alignment with relevant corporate policies, procedures, and systems
