As General Manager of projects, you’ll take full ownership of business operations, leading teams across sales, design, and delivery. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your focus will be on improving workflow, profitability, and team alignment. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, embedding systems, and preparing the business for future regional expansion. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong operational focus, requiring visibility across both office and project sites.

  • Proven experience in business or operations management, ideally within construction, renovation, or a related industry
  • Strong financial acumen with a clear understanding of margins, cost control, and project profitability

  • A practical, hands-on approach with presence across both office and site environments
