We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a well-reputed commercial organisation and take ownership of their finance function. This is a pivotal role where you’ll drive financial performance, lead a small team, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

• Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with leading a finance team of 3
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Managing cash flow, financial controls, and compliance
• Supporting strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights
• Overseeing tax, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Driving process improvements and system efficiencies

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (CA/CPA preferred)

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior finance role

• Proven experience in team management

• Strong understanding of NZ financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Proven background in audit, year-end financial statements, reconciliations, and monthly reporting

• Proficiency with TechnologyOne, SAP, Business Central or other large ERP systems
