You would be responsible for leading the delivery of a key facility within the network, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and maintaining momentum through complex integration phases.

This is a pivotal role within a nationally significant programme focused on enhancing emergency communications. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of key facility within a broader network upgrade, working across multiple agencies, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Provide leadership and direction across project delivery, safety, and wellness.
• Represent senior leadership when required and drive momentum across delivery teams.
• Manage technical integration, scheduling, and governance support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with emergency services, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure operational readiness and service adoption through structured planning and coordination.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Tertiary qualification in business, ICT, or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in project management, ideally within radio, ICT, or telecommunications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement and programme governance is a plus.
