• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

• Lead complex financial reporting and analysis
• Mentor junior accountants
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors

• Oversee financial operations and team leadership
• Drive strategic planning and performance improvement
• Partner with senior leadership to guide financial decision-making

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
• CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
