ServiceNow Field Services Management
Integration & Automation experience on the below,
M365 (i.e, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange) and Azure (EntraID)
REST and SOAP APIs
Message broker integration, including Kafka
Development & Configuration experience on the below,
ServiceNow App Engine Studio, Scoped Apps, UI Builder
JavaScript, Glide API, Service Portal
Configuration management and platform scripting
