Full Stack Developer

Location: Motueka (South Island), NZ | Full-time position

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to modernise our ERP, enhance the company’s platform, and build custom tools that streamline production, logistics, quoting, and admin processes.

What you’ll do:
Develop and improve the company’s quoting system
Rewrite and optimize ERP modules for better performance
Build custom tools and automate workflows across departments
Provide user support, training, and clear documentation
Collaborate with offsite developers and manage integrations
Assist with IT systems, server setup, and Docker deployments

What we’re looking for:
Strong full-stack software development experience
Solid skills in software architecture — designing scalable, maintainable systems from scratch
Experience modernizing or extending ERP systems
Proven ability to work directly with users and translate needs into working tools
Deep understanding of backend, frontend, and systems integration
Comfort with occasional IT infrastructure work and DevOps practices
Self-directed, hands-on, and solutions-focused
Languages: Python, Django, HTMX, PostgreSQL, JavaScript
Platforms: Docker, Proxmox
Systems: ERP (custom or packaged), internal tooling, quoting/specification systems
