The purpose of this role is to support and maintain live applications. The role works with the business owner to identify, prioritise and implement continuous improvement to the application to achieve the desired business outcomes. You will also be involved in the design and development of future system requirements.

• Assist in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Help configure systems based on documented business requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical and business process issues under guidance.
• Monitor application performance and report anomalies.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and team collaboration.
• Contribute to technical documentation and user support.

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred
