If you enjoy solving problems, providing clear solutions, and creating positive experiences, this role is for you. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers across New Zealand and Australia. Whether it’s answering questions, processing orders, or resolving issues with care and professionalism.

About the Role
You’ll handle a variety of customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels. From troubleshooting and product support to managing orders and returns, you’ll ensure every customer feels valued and supported. Your ability to listen, think on your feet, and deliver solutions will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels
  • Provide accurate information and helpful solutions
  • Resolve complaints calmly and effectively
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
