About the Role:
IT Application Support Analyst is responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems. Key responsibilities include:
Providing advanced technical support across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and core business applications
Administering platforms including Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft 365
Supporting and managing mobile device environments (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, Android)
Leading incident resolution and mentoring Service Desk team members
Contributing to system upgrades, deployments, and on-call support as required
Identifying opportunities for improvements and supporting ongoing optimisation of our digital tools
This role sits within a collaborative team and would suit someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and supporting others to lift their capability.
Essential skills & experience:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, MS365, Intune, AD/Azure AD
Excellent understanding of mobile device technologies (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, Android)
Experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms – ideally Omnissa Workspace ONE or similar
Competence in endpoint management, scripting (PowerShell preferred), and network troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with SharePoint and other collaboration tools
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to mentor others
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (not essential):
IT certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, VMware Certified Professional)
