• Managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.
• Supporting the rollout of global HR initiatives and regional projects.
• Partnering with a shared services team for smooth processes while being hands-on when needed.
• Acting as the HR presence on the ground for the NZ leadership team.

• Experienced HR generalist with ER exposure.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Commercial mindset and ability to adapt to change.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to have hard conversations.
• Collaborative and happy to get stuck in when needed.
