Our client is a global organisation in growth mode, seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their ANZ team. This newly created role offers the chance to make an impact and grow your career in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the wider HR team globally, you’ll provide generalist HR support to Managers across NZ. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.
- Supporting the rollout of global HR initiatives and regional projects.
- Partnering with a shared services team for smooth processes while being hands-on when needed.
- Acting as the HR presence on the ground for the NZ leadership team.
You’ll report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with HRBPs globally.

- Experienced HR generalist with ER exposure.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Commercial mindset and ability to adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills and confidence to have hard conversations.
- Collaborative and happy to get stuck in when needed.
