Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retention Specialist to join an established and growing online education provider. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with students who may be at risk of discontinuing their studies within their cooling-off period, providing support and solutions to help them stay on track and successfully complete their courses.

• Retain as many students as possible who wish to cancel within their 10-day cooling-off period by contacting students via phone, email, and other channels.
• Understand student challenges and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals and dreams.
• Identify reasons for potential cancellations and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Offer guidance on course content, timelines, and available resources to improve student confidence and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in CRM (HubSpot).
• Collaborate with the student support and sales teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Meet retention targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Previous experience in retention (education sector experience preferred).

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate solutions effectively.
• Organised and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
