Your new role will sit in a growing and supportive team :
Document Management: Prepare, format, and edit professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Diary & Travel Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodation.
Correspondence: Draft and manage emails, letters, and other communications with accuracy and professionalism.
Client Interaction: Build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring queries are handled promptly

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience within the legal industry – construction and commercial property focus is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time-management skill
