Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
This is a temporary contract role, with an anticipated duration of 11 months. You will be working closely within the finance team and partnering with the wider organisation.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Finance administration, including documentation, allocating payments and processing
- Assisting with financial reporting, month-end reporting and review reporting
- Support the team with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Maintain office coordination, create purchase orders and request for service
- Support the operations team on costing and reporting matters
Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in accounts administration
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate level)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis and reporting capability
- Experience within Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
