Lead change activities for the introduction of a new operating model
Collaborate with District Services, ICT teams, and product teams to deliver change initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of decommissioning strategy
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful outcomes

Demonstrated experience in managing change for operation model transitions
Strong understanding of decommission strategies and system retirement processes
