Nisbets is seeking a Country Manager to take overall leadership of their New Zealand business. Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ, you’ll own the P&L, lead a team across sales, retail, and warehouse operations, and set the strategic direction for growth. This role demands a commercially driven leader with sharp operational acumen — someone who can deliver revenue growth, optimise costs, and ensure operational excellence across all channels.

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for their NZ business (11 employees)
- Full financial management including P&L ownership
- Drive sales and business development across digital, retail, and key accounts
- Oversee retail operations and customer experience
- Lead warehouse and supply chain management
- Inspire, develop, and engage cross-functional teams
- Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with Bunzl standards

- Degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
- 5+ years senior leadership experience.
- Strong track record of P&L management and commercial acumen
- Experience across multi-channel environments (sales, retail, online, warehouse)
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence
- Personal qualities: solutions-oriented, resilient, adaptable, and a strong communicator who builds trust quickly
