We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established organisation based in the Wellington CBD, seeking an experienced Contact Centre Representative for a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, works confidently with systems, and can hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment.
About the Role
This is a part‑time, fixed‑term position for three weeks. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing customers, providing clear information, answering queries, and ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to existing customers
- Providing excellent customer service across every interaction
- Updating and maintaining accurate information in internal systems
- Following call scripts and compliance requirements
- Managing call volumes efficiently within the daily 3.5‑hour shift

- Prior contact centre experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Confident navigating multiple systems and entering data accurately
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
