This is a hands‑on coordination position blending office‑based logistics with on‑floor and on‑road execution. You’ll manage shipments end‑to‑end, keep systems and paperwork accurate, and jump in with dispatch/packing and local deliveries when required.

This is a blended operational position offering broad exposure across office administration, logistics coordination and physical warehouse activities. No two days look the same.

• Coordinating and tracking customer shipments

• Creating and updating jobs in internal systems

• Preparing documentation for export and import processes

• Managing temperature‑controlled and compliance‑heavy consignments

• Supporting warehouse operations, including packing and dispatch

• Providing customer service via phone and email

  You will work 11:00am – 7:30pm, Monday–Friday, with rostered flexibility required for occasional weekend coverage as part of a three‑week rotation.

• Previous experience in a similar position

• Comfortable in an office work and warehouse/driving environment

• Able to work in a process‑driven, SOP‑focused environment

• A proactive team player who puts their hand up to help

• Physically capable of handling items up to 20kg

• Full NZ driver’s licence
