We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Franchise Compliance Officer to support the performance, compliance, and administration of a nationwide franchise network. This role plays a critical part in ensuring franchisees and their teams meet operational and Health & Safety standards while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, exceptional administrative capability, and the ability to work confidently with franchisees from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential to support communication across the franchise community.


Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Reporting to the Franchise Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting franchisees with compliance, administration, , record maintenance, and system training. Your work will help ensure both franchise operations and employee records remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with company and legislative standards.


  • Maintain regular communication with franchisees and their teams

  • Conduct franchise audits, monitor adherence to Health & Safety policies, and support required training and compliance actions.

  • Maintain and update timekeeping system and follow up daily logs with managers and operators.

  • Assist with H&S reporting, incident documentation, site checks, and other internal audit requirements.

  • Support special projects including franchise awards, conferences, and governance activities.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) is essential for this role

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail and strong data analysis skills.

  • Excellent organisational abilities and confidence following up tasks in a timely manner.

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, web platforms, and timekeeping systems
