Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
As the Business Analyst in this 12‑months, permanent, fixed‑term position, you will lead BA work on some very interesting cyber pieces, including rewriting security policy and processes to align with a new PSR framework, finalising a system criticality framework with stakeholders, mapping DevSecOps, identifying gaps in cyber‑security training materials, and establishing a document review processes. The role focusses heavily on documentation, stakeholder engagement, and translating security requirements into clear business artefacts.

- To be Wellington‑based with strong written communication skills.
- Senior‑level business analysis capability, especially in process documentation and stakeholder facilitation.
- An interest in cybersecurity (deep expertise not required) and the ability to work effectively as the sole BA within a small team.
