As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical issues from troubleshooting hardware/software problems, assisting users, performing basic system checks, and escalating more complex issues when needed. You’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly by resolving common tech problems quickly and professionally.

- IT support experience of at least 3 years who is confident in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues.
- OS & Devices: Windows, macOS basics, mobile device support (iOS/Android).
- User & Productivity Tools: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
- Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN troubleshooting.
- Support Tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, remote tools like TeamViewer/AnyDesk.
- Security: Basic antivirus/endpoint checks (Defender, McAfee).
- Hardware: Laptops, printers, monitors, peripherals (first‑line troubleshooting).
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
- Eagerness to learn, stay organised, and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
