Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Due to change within the team, we are looking for Finance Business partners on a part-time basis (16-24hr/week). These permanent roles will work within the wider finance team, but will be responsible for liaising directly with various business units and departments, providing commercial and strategic finance advice. Due to the complex nature of the business, this position will involve engaging with non-finance staff, gaining a thorough understanding of their commercial drivers and cost risk factors, and helping them chart a path towards sound budgeting and financial planning.

This role would suit a qualified accountant, or someone with demonstrated commercial finance experience. Most important to this role however, is the ability to focus on solutions, and to communicate ideas and processes, while building relationships and establishing a position as a trusted advisor and partner.
