In this role, you’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end change delivery, ensuring employees are well‑supported through system, process, and workforce impacts. You’ll work closely with project teams, payroll specialists, HR, and key business stakeholders to drive successful adoption and embed new ways of working across the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and implementing change strategies, assessing impacts, preparing readiness activities, developing communication and training materials, and guiding stakeholders through the transition associated with payroll‑related changes.
