• Lead end‑to‑end UX research initiatives, from planning and discovery to usability testing and insight delivery
• Apply a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to investigate user needs, behaviours, and pain points
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for design and product teams
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure user insights guide decision-making
• Present insights in engaging, meaningful formats tailored to diverse audiences
• Support design activities where needed, while maintaining a strong focus on research excellence

Ngā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience as a UX Researcher, ideally at a senior level
• Proven ability to run user research independently across complex products or digital ecosystems
• Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially when sharing insights
• Experience working in Agile or cross‑functional environments
• Experience using UserTesting.com or similar remote testing platforms is a strong advantage
• UX design capability is beneficial, though the role is primarily research-led
