Tō tūranga hou | Your new role
You will take full ownership of the Waikato & Bay of Plenty region and be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and deliver technically sound, high‑value solutions. Your success will come from combining technical capability with strong commercial acumen and confident selling. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and loves uncovering new opportunities.
- Manage, grow, and diversify a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Proactively generate new business
- Develop structured customer engagement plans
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records
- Drive strong pipeline health through consistent task management
- Develop deep understanding of customer applications & tech requirements
- Respond promptly and accurately to technical enquiries

- Ideally based in the Waikato region – Reporting into Auckland HQ
- Background in industrial, machining, materials, or plastics industries preferred
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to work autonomously and drive results
- High energy and motivation to proactively get out into the market
- Proven sales experience with a strong customer service mindset
- Quick thinker with the confidence to engage key stakeholders
- Skilled at building relationships, gathering insights, and converting opportunities into sales growth
