Tō tūranga hou | Your new role

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of 180+ B2B clients across Auckland Central, South and East. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for customers while identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and future growth.

This position combines relationship management and business development and will suit someone who enjoys being customer‑facing and commercially accountable.

For the right person, there is a clear progression opportunity into a Branch Manager role within 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of established accounts
  • Build strong, long‑term customer relationships
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory
  • Provide solution‑based product advice across signage and print materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
  • Contribute to sales growth, margin performance and branch success

  • MUST be NZ Citizen or NZ Permanent Resident to apply
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
  • Background in supplier, distributor or wholesale environments preferred
  • Experience in signage, print, graphics or related industries advantageous
  • Strong commercial and sales acumen
  • Confident communicator with leadership potential
  • Motivated by career development and accountability
